| Data capture is an important part of every business, so ensure that it is easy for clients to contact you and have your full contact details on all your promotional material.
It's always a good idea to give your clients the option to 'opt out' of receiving communications from your business; this way you can meet regulations which form part of the Data Protection act. |

| You can use email to thank people for their business, make them a special offer, give them a free article or report, send a newsletter, raise awareness of a product or service they may be interested in, ask for referrals, share some news, or enquire why they’ve not done business with you. |

| Good websites are updated daily so make sure yours is current and the content changes every so often to stay fresh. |
